We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our Abu Dhabi office. You will handle document translations, coordinate signatures, manage assets, and liaise with banks and government entities. This role is perfect for someone organized, bilingual in Arabic and English, and eager to ensure smooth office operations.

This role is part of our Emiratization initiative and is open to UAE Nationals. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly!

Your Tasks

  • Support the preparation, translation, and handling of official documents and correspondence
  • Coordinate administrative processes, including documentation, approvals, and asset management
  • Act as a liaison with banks, government entities, and external partners
  • Assist with employee-related administration, including visa processes and relocation logistics
  • Maintain accurate records, internal documentation, and reporting materials
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient office operations

What do we expect from you?

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken. 
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional in communication.
