As a Principal Development Lead, you will play a driving role in scoping, aligning, and ensuring efficient delivery of Web & Mobile solutions to our clients world-wide. Your Tasks


Stakeholder Management

  • Influence and challenge senior stakeholders, defending strategic recommendations and driving alignment on complex decisions.
  • Facilitate high-level discussions to evaluate options across business and technology.

Project Governance & Communication

  • Establish governance frameworks and ensure clear, concise communication to executives, driving transparency on progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to keep delivery on track and aligned with business goals.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Align team capacity and capabilities with project priorities to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.

What do we expect from you?


Must have:

  • Stakeholder Management (defend ideas, strategy, discussion on options with high level stakeholders)
  • Project Governance & Communication
  • Team Management
  • Basic Power Apps knowledge (or learn about them)
  • Web architecture knowledge (frontend, backend, database)
  • Angular framework experience
  • Node.js experience
  • SQL Database experience and some data modelling knowledge
  • CI/CD in Azure DevOps
  • Azure Cloud infrastructure knowledge (App Service Plan and App Services, Key Vault, Storage Accounts (Blob)
  • MSAL authentication
  • Mobile development with Flutter
  • Basic experience with Figma
  • An eye for design (UX/UI) or willing to take part in it
  • Agile methodology knowledge

 

Nice to have:

  • Extensive Power Apps knowledge
  • Asana knowledge for project management
  • Security in Cloud (vnets, private endpoints, App Gateway
  • Nest.js for backend
  • ORM knowledge (Prisma, Drizzle…)
  • Redis database for caching
  • NoSQL knowledge (like MongoDB)
  • Experience with other mobile frameworks or native iOS/Android
  • Deployment of mobile apps in Intune
  • PM² / PRINCE2 or any other project management methodology
